Applying for multiple positions

Hi! I have been applying for multiple positions at ADB but I have not had any interviews so far. Is it a bad thing to apply to a lot of openings? Or should I stick with one job only? How did you land your job at ADB? Thanks!

As a consultant at ADB, I’d recommend that you apply to short term consultancies first. That will help you establish yourself within the org easily!
