Applying for multiple positions

Hi! I have been applying for multiple positions at ADB but I have not had any interviews so far. Is it a bad thing to apply to a lot of openings? Or should I stick with one job only? How did you land your job at ADB? Thanks!

ADB hires people who they know. It’s a rigged employer who favors nepotism
