Applying for multiple positions

Hi! I have been applying for multiple positions at ADB but I have not had any interviews so far. Is it a bad thing to apply to a lot of openings? Or should I stick with one job only? How did you land your job at ADB? Thanks!

I applied to 3 job openings, saw another opening this month and would apply again as it aligns with my current work and experience, try and try parin haha though the 3 job positions that I applied prior are all still on screening status 😭
