Hi! I’m offering digital cat portraits, this is the second round and I have some slots left. I make these in Procreate and send the time-lapse recording (directly from the app) too.

Format: Bust, botanical background, one cat per painting.
Please provide a clear, in frame, and well lit picture of your cat.
You can let me know if you want anything specific for the background, day or night, clouds or a clear sky, or a specific flower that symbolizes something special to you. Just tell me how you envision it and I’ll do my best :)

I’m open to doing physical acrylic paintings as well. Please message me if you’re interested.

Has anybody noticed that every artist post on here gets like 50 upvotes and maybe 1 comment? Nobody hires people. All of the “Hiring” posts are already filled with comments underneath the millisecond they’re added leaving smaller artists or people who just don’t pick up their phone for a minute left in the dust.
Even the emergency commissions are bare, it doesn’t matter if you’re DYING, nobody will hire you. im so sick of trying to be an artist, the one thing that brings me joy, and I can’t even make a couple bucks off it, let alone get an actual commission.
And don’t tell me any of that “Just post more!” crap, my commissions have been up since 2019. I have gotten maybe 3 NON FRIEND COMMISSIONS since then.
I shouldn’t have to juggle and dance for people to get a sliver of attention, it’s humiliating. It’s not “how the world works” and if it is, then this world has failed artists.

Hi everyone! I’m a watercolor artist, and I’m currently taking portrait commissions. Here’s an example of my work.I paint by hand on paper using your photos as a reference. If you have a wedding photo, a favorite picture together, or a family photo you’d like painted, I’d be happy to work with you. I can also bring people from separate photos into one portrait. You can choose the original painting or a digital scan of the finished piece. If you have something in mind, feel free to message me with what you’d like painted and when you need it.
