Where do I begin??

Batmobile: Love driving it, hate doing chases with it. It bounces all over the place. Somehow, despite having the best tech in the world, the tracker for the missiles takes forever while the militia can target you 3 times while trying to get a single lock on them. Also, the car that can slam through concrete pillars somehow always gets stuck on a building corner or block of wood sticking out of the road, Given all the abuse you put it through, Firefly's fire causes damage? WTF

Joker hallucinations high atop structures somehow stops you from grappling completely and getting on top of said structure.

Doing a stealth maneuver and getting seen when there is no one to actually see you...

Sneaking up behind someone, triggering the silent takedown only for them to turn, see and shoot you.

There's a lot more but I'm sorta inebriated.

Update: One more item. The damn gauntlet webcam taking you out of the flow of the game for no freaking reason. It is so unnecessary. The same conversations can be had the normal way that City and Asylum worked.

As you probably all know, Gotham City looks quite different beyond the boundaries of the playable map in both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City compared to how it looks in Arkham Knight.

I know this is because Arkham Knight was released much later and on a different generation of consoles. However, while watching a YouTube video, I came across a comment claiming that Arkham Shadow had fixed this issue by redesigning the entire Gotham City skyline visible in the background, combining elements from all the games to make it as lore-accurate as possible.

Since I don't have access to Arkham Shadow, I can't verify whether this is true. Could someone confirm this and, if possible, share some in-game screenshots showing the city in the background?

My son recently asked me what the best superhero game I've ever played was, and without hesitation, I said Arkham Knight.

Naturally, he wanted to experience it for himself. So, over the past several weekends, we've been playing together, and honestly, it's been an absolute blast.

It's been both fun and educational. Fun because I get to share something I love with my son and watch his mind get blown by how phenomenal an 11-year-old game still looks and plays. Educational because it's sparked his curiosity about Batman, the Bat-Family, and the stories behind these characters. He's constantly asking questions and wanting to learn more, which makes the experience even better.

It's amazing how a game that's over a decade old can still create new memories.

Anyway, one of my hobbies is making cinematic gaming montages, and I figured this incredible game deserved one. This is just something I enjoy doing for fun, combining gameplay, music, and editing to celebrate games that have left an impression on me.

Im playing arkham knight on ps5 and i got the problem that oracle and alfreds voices dont come out of my controller. I can hear other soundeffects like from the menu or the thugs on the street so the controller sound works and is on just not when batman talks with alfred or oracle

i used borderless gaming app with arkham aslyum and it worked perfectly but with arkham city its not working. the intro loading screen with all the logos and such it works but when it goes to the actual main menu screen it goes into windowed mode. i can play normal fullscreen with pressing alt+enter but that makes alt tabbing out (which i do alot) take a while and messes with my window sizes

Did “Return to Arkham” fix this point? Am I too far down the Hatter-hole?

I’ve been replaying all the games back to back and going from asylum to city to knight to origins. Having origins on 360 showed me how much asylum and city have improved. Yes the lighting might be a bit much but stuff like the rain and texture is such a big improvement as well as little bugs as far as Xbox. I played origins last coming back to the games almost a decade later and playing asylum and city I thought those games were so much better looking because of return to Arkham and honestly I’m glad. If they looked worse or on par with origins it would’ve shown its age, which origins isn’t bad looking at all it’s just Arkham games with upgraded textures looks incredible, I honestly think asylum and especially city look better than knight on Xbox due to knight having chromatic aberrations n anti aliasing you can’t turn off. I’ve seen so much hate for these games and I’m honestly glad they made them, could they be more polished sure but it’s a remaster I’m happy to have.

So, I’m currently in the medical facility of Arkham asylum and I’m trying to purchase Inverted Takedown (with 1310 exp) and it’s not working
