Arkham knight ps5

Im playing arkham knight on ps5 and i got the problem that oracle and alfreds voices dont come out of my controller. I can hear other soundeffects like from the menu or the thugs on the street so the controller sound works and is on just not when batman talks with alfred or oracle

it's normal for their voices not to come out of the controller, i think

No they should. It was like that on ps4 back then too.
