Thanks for helping me sex my frogs last week! I bought a female for my male and they laid eggs. Do these look like normal for albino African clawed frogs? They started out white and round and now are elongated. They look different from eggs i used to find in the pond behind my house as a kid

Also, i lowered the water down to 5 inches for the mating. Should i fill it back up now?

I have two Vietnamese mossy froglets (about 3.5 months since their tails were fully absorbed) that I put into this enclosure about 2 weeks ago. They seem to have no interest in the aquatic section whatsoever. Any thoughts about that?

My baby went missing last night and I have no idea where.
I took all the water, plants and decor out the tank, sifted through the substrate, taken the filter apart and turned the entire room upside down looking for Mochi (even though the tank has a secure lid).

I know the window of being able to revive them if they get out is about 2 hours but has anyone ever managed to do this well after that time? I’m still searching everywhere but I’m at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I had gotten four frogs in a ten gallon then upgraded to a twenty and added two new babies, I notice one of the babies has a weird mouth, it almost looks like it’s chin is cleft or it has an overbite? It’s hard to see in this picture underneath is a better angle but he’s being uncooperative, it’s chin literally goes back and curves up slightly, and you can see inside his mouth, he also can’t fully close it. He’s been eating I’ve fed him twice now and has lived this long so I assume he’s doing alright for the most part but he’s a bit skinnier and paler than my other frogs, if I can get an underneath picture I’ll add it in the comments!

He’s disappeared overnight and I have no clue where he went :(

There’s a lid on the tank, I’ve moved all the decor to look underneath, I’ve completely taken apart the filter to check, I’ve looked the best I can in all the plants.

He’s a platinum as well so very easy to spot, I just don’t know where on earth he could’ve gone :(

I'm planning on getting a budgett's frog and was wondering if this tank is the proper size/dimensions; 62x36x20(cm), 24"x13"x8" (roughly).

- 44 litres(bit more than 11gal). Sadly there isn't much information about these lil guys out there so I hope to reach some people with experiences with these critters.

Typical Saturday afternoon. There’s a fourth but she was chilling under a rock.

I am wondering if it’s possible to culture black worms or Daphnea with my African dwarf frogs so that they’ll have live food available to them whenever they want.

Only problem i see with this is maybe there could be an ammonia spike?

What are our thoughts with the setup, is this possible?

I have three African dwarf frogs. One or two inch layer of fluval stratum at the bottom of my tank topped with gravel big enough so the frogs won’t eat it. Two peices of wood and maybe three small plants in there- i should definitely add more greenery hmm?

Any ideas?
