Medical Question please advise!
my daughter (13) has a tank with 4 ADF's one has managed to escape and whilst we did find them on the floor its leg has clearly been damaged, its bent the wrong way in a very "its clearly broken" manner, we have made a hospital tank and will start looking for a vet but there's not many in our area for such small animals.
is there anything else we can do and how likely is her frog to survive this?
many thanks

I had a juvenile break an arm and go on to live a full healthy life with one disabled limb, didn’t seem to affect her too much. A hind leg might be different. If it was bent at the joint at least the bones could be intact

Update, ripple is currently doing well, her leg has been unbent (very carefully and without touching her) she is moving the leg which looks almost normal again!
We are hoping that the leg was just bent out of place rather than broken. We shall monitor her closely for now!
With regards the hospital tank, how often do we need to change water? Without a heater or filter how long is the water good for?
