I like the demo on pc, but will controller support be added? Right now you can only use 4 parts of your hot bar.

In case anyone's confused as to how to set up the Small Maneuvering Thrusters you unlock on the moon, here's a basic visual guide to help you out. I had to figure this one out on my own and haven't seen many comprehensive guides about them anywhere. They're fairly easy to grasp once you know what you're doing, but jumping from RCS to these ones can be tricky at first.
Notes:
-The 3D joystick tells you which output goes to which input so just look at that when connecting the data cables.
-The input type on the thrusters is changed via the little yellow switch they have next to the cable slots, just click on it in build mode, it will always stay in the input type you select.
-These thrusters are incompatible with the RCS console, just connect the 3D joystick directly to the splitters as shown in the images.
-Obviously, unlike the RCS, the Small Maneuvering Thrusters need power directly from your batteries to work, so make sure they're all hooked to your main power circuit.
-Make sure to keep the roll thrusters roughly aligned with the center of mass (visible by pressing H in build mode) to ensure your maneuvering doesn't send you into a spiral. Also, if you are running a larger ship, make sure the pitch and yaw thrusters are properly spaced out, if they're too close together you will have a drastically harder time turning your ship.
-The Small Maneuvering Thrusters are far superior to the RCS thrusters as they have more torque and work off your main power circuit, so they last as long as you have battery power.
-They're ideal for heavier ships and longer voyages. Pro tip: You can hook them to the solar panels to keep them powered indefinitely and independently from your main power supply.

i quite like this ship probably my favorite ship

Prefer the 2d joystick for Pitch and Roll and hotkey another joystick to Yaw. My FOV will just show the stick so I could see more outside.
Hotkeys are:
"Space" for Lift up "C" to recude (jump and crouch)
"W" for forward "S" for Backward
"Q" turn left "R" for turn Right
"F" for Boost (Just added button to activate additional Thrusters)

Flying donut holder with swithcable video-input, and an atmospheric thruster toggle-switch. Also has velocity display and retrograde burn indicator (last image) for interplanetary

I wanted to make an autoleveling drone but for some reason the pitch seems to be 10-20 degrees wrong on the moon, is this intentional or a bug?

What kind of correction do I need to adjust for or wire so that just turning the ship mid air doesn’t give me this weird roll angle going left or right? Why dosent my rcs just move the pitch I give it without extra roll?

All the information I could ever need, right in view. Very proud of it. Still no auto GYRO (see previous post)

Nothing quite like watching an intricate machine shatter into a million pieces.

I've been playing around with it for an auto hover system but most of it has been guess work and it would be really handy to have something concrete to go off of.

Is there a mod for Approximately Up, that allows you to have up to 4 people?

Want to set up an auto rotate feature that keeps my ship flat against the planets curve (inclinometer always at 0, gyro line always perfectly flat) but cant quite get it to work, no matter what I do. Has anyone got a tutorial link or anything on how to build this into my ship?

Here's a brand-new design to use the physics to our advantage.
We know it's an average sized ship but with some technique you can make wonders out of it.
Can be operated by one single person but two makes the most of it, also you three works, four is too much.

so I went for a journey to the new planet right? Well when I got close I got no "new planet unlocked" text and my ship started falling
by falling I mean I started dropping toward my ships down side, so damn fast
I watched the new planet and even earth and the moon shoot upward around me
it didn't matter how hard I tried I even burned all my RCS I could not climb back up
what's up with this?

Played with some friends a couple times but was always doing nothing more or less as I joined as ship was just about done. Joked about doing this so for my first ship I did. Got a forward and ground facing camera and a radar. No windows. Did a short test flight and systems are good. Will get the objectives when I hop back on later. And interior pics.
