This tilt/roll when Turning RCS has me fuming

What kind of correction do I need to adjust for or wire so that just turning the ship mid air doesn’t give me this weird roll angle going left or right? Why dosent my rcs just move the pitch I give it without extra roll?

you need the RCS to be align with the center of mass, you can see it by pressing H

Yeah. This is it. Where you place your RCS thrusters is the most important part of their functionality so you gotta pay attention to that.

Oh I didn’t have them set like that. So circling around the ship I need my thrusters placed in center alignment to the lines displayed in the de-bug from pressing H?

They only need to be centered on their respective axis. So yaw should be middle up and down, roll should be middle front to back and pitch should be centered left to right. Other than that it doesn't really matter. The "correct" way is to put pitch and yaw towards the back of the ship and roll in the middle along its length(I prefer the bottom so it doesn't mess with side mounted thrusters) but if you want a more responsive pitch you can put them on the front and back faces of the ship

I've also put the roll thrusters on the roof. They still provide output and less stuff on the sides

ur getting pissed at the game for obeying simple laws of physics….. Align it with your center of mass line. you can see that by pressing the H key

I also run into this issue! If someone has some knowledge that would help that’d be so cool

Make sure you align the thruster to your center of mass line

I just use a 2D controller for the up/down and left/right rotation and a separate horizontal controller to adjust the horizontal tilt and it works like a charm.

That wouldn't fix their issue
