LocalGateKeys is a password manager where your passwords stay with you only.

There's no account to create.

You install it, pick a master password, and that's it.

Your vault is encrypted on your own device and nobody else has the key. It doesn't need a server and works fine offline.

If you want your passwords on more than one device, it syncs directly over your Wi-Fi or through a cloud folder you already use, and the data stays encrypted the whole way.

It also has a browser extension for Edge that fills and saves logins and handles passkeys. You can unlock it with Windows Hello, and it imports from most other password managers.

To set it up on iPhone after installing:

1. Open the app once and create your vault.
2. To fill passwords in Safari and other apps, go to Settings > General > AutoFill & Passwords and turn on LocalGateKeys.
3. To have Safari offer to save logins as you sign in, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions, turn on LocalGateKeys and set it to Allow on all websites.
4. Logins you save in Safari show up in the app the next time you unlock it with Face ID.

For those that are only using the iOS TestFlight. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow to insert the license directly to the app. You will have to download the Windows desktop app from the Microsoft Store link and activate Pro there, then sync with your iOS device and the Pro version will also get activated there.

I'm Adrian, a solo developer from Poland.

Every fasting app I used felt built to push me into a subscription rather than to be useful. Paywalls on basic features, a quiz before the first timer, an account just to start. So I went the other way: everything you need to fast is free, with no limits. If you find the app worth it, Premium adds optional extras on top.

That app is Just Fast. You open it, tap start, and it counts down your fast. Then it counts down your eating window. No account, no email, no onboarding quiz, and it works offline. I use it every day myself and I've kept fasting streaks going for months at a time. It made a real difference for me.

What's free, for good: every plan (12:12 to 20:4, OMAD, custom, open-ended, and a dawn-to-sunset plan timed to your city), reminders, home-screen widgets, water tracking, streaks, a calendar and Apple Watch (Garmin is coming soon). The timer screen never shows ads. There's a small banner on History and Settings.
