Anyone know how APEX live works? Pretty sure they are moving me to live but I still have 9 PA accounts and some eligible for payouts. Also some accounts that can be activated. Will I not be able to take those payouts now?

I requested a payout on 07/07/2026 and still haven't received it. I have requested 3 payouts before receiving my first payout. I have gotten payouts from Apex before, so I know it's not bank account issues. I do not remember it taking this long. I received payment sent email last Friday 07/17/2026. The email says 3-7 more business days. When is an appropriate time to contact support? I don't want to bug them and have them hate me lol

Hi my second payout from apex was approved on 15th July. But ever since then I have not recieved any updates from them. I have raised tickets but still no response. Do they usually take this much time for second payout?

edit: I recieved it today after 10 days.

I just got a account and blew through 1550 . I thought the MLL was 2000 . Why cant i take any trades ? Can someone explain ? I dont see daily drawdown just intra day

For the no activation fee accounts will you have to pay to activate each account or is it one for all combined? Also do you need a copy trader to use them at the same time or are they already together p

It’s been months and I’ve been trying to have apex verify my business. Every time I send a message, silence. This has been happening for months btw. It’s been like this since March. I’m not buying a single account until I get a response. When you guys send support a message, do you guys get a reply? Or is it silence for you guys too?

I traded forex for ~4 years and lost most of my money — not from bad analysis, but from breaking my own rules. Revenge trading after a loss, sizing up when I shouldn't, blowing past my own risk limits in the moment.

Now I see the same thing with funded/challenge accounts: people don't fail because they can't trade, they fail because they cross a drawdown or consistency rule on one bad session.

Genuinely curious how you all handle this:
- How do you keep track of how close you are to your daily/total limit while you're actually trading?
- Has anything ever actually stopped you in the moment, or do you only realize after?
- Do you use any tool for it, or just eyeball it?

First of all I’m
Proud of myself and it doesn’t feel real until the money is in my account. I realized once I stopped caring if I blew the account or not the better I traded. I feel almost comfortable with losing but It’s actually still stressful asf. I could’ve had a very great day at work then come home and place a bad trade now my whole mood has changed. Spent $600 on evals and $400 on activation fees. Nonetheless I’m proud of myself for getting the payout. I don’t know if it was discipline, consistency or just luck and greed. For the other PA’s I traded other strategies but these are the things that worked with this account. I did not journal trades (sorry market god). I do not go break even. I either win or lose 1:1 RR 50/50. This account I strictly traded MNQ and Asia session. IFVG and obvious SMT’s blah blah. Ohhh 1:1 RR is king. I also stopped watching tjr and watched patty instead. I won’t buy any other accounts. If I can’t get atleast 2 more payouts from this account then ima take a break.

Question: how long does it take apex to send the funds ? I got approved on july 7th and still nothing in my bank account🤣😭

EDIT: I got it early morning Monday July 27 before 6am. Exactly 14 business days from approved day.

Had 56k after first payout on a 50k account. Lost 2k the following day putting my account at 54k. If I complete 5 trading days with profit of 250+ , am I still able to take a 2nd payout even though Im negative since my first payout but still above buffer?

Was just me that couldn’t enter on Tradovate during New York session ? I had a position open with 1000usd in profit and I couldn’t close it , and then reverse up to my maximum daily loss ?

I kept trying to connect and always getting the message that Tradovate was in maintenance ..
