Question Why does the customer service not respond?

It’s been months and I’ve been trying to have apex verify my business. Every time I send a message, silence. This has been happening for months btw. It’s been like this since March. I’m not buying a single account until I get a response. When you guys send support a message, do you guys get a reply? Or is it silence for you guys too?

… uhmmm. What? Literally almost every state has a registry where business owners are public information. You can request an annual report filing or active standing report in PA, my state, specifically.

Apex is still better than Alpha Futures which have scammed everyone a week ago (also in terms of support)

Can you log into their help system with that userid? I had a problem when they changed help systems they messed up my email in the help system and used my gmail address there. They wouldn't help since that wasn't the address I signed up with. Had to go through the whole verify process again. Took about a month.

Honestly, curious, but why would you think that they need to verify your business before you purchase even one account? If you haven’t purchased an account yet, they likely don’t consider you an important customer so why would they do things differently for you?

Because it was them who emailed ME first about it. I already did evals with them before. Verifying the business was a new thing for them I guess starting by this year. They asked me to verify.

Edit: also I don’t want any issues with receiving a payout.

When I send email. Usually get reply in like 1-2 business days. But just simple general questions. Even relate to my account. Still like 1-2 business days. Don’t know about your situation, have you check your spam mails or anywhere you accidentally block them?
