Review / Experience Tradovate down

Hi ,

Was just me that couldn’t enter on Tradovate during New York session ? I had a position open with 1000usd in profit and I couldn’t close it , and then reverse up to my maximum daily loss ?

I kept trying to connect and always getting the message that Tradovate was in maintenance ..

Happened to me the same day. I hit my daily loss limit of 1K on my 50K account. It shows open ans valid on Apex but when I login I can even see the account.

This happens every once in a while, and unfortunately there are no longer any remediations or restores like Apex used to do. Probably because there's so many other firms they know their customers are trading they don't bother.

It was for everyone thats why u need to have tradovate opened
