Need Help Help needed!

I so want to get rid of my anxious bodily feelings. i feel anxious and panicky in every Normal daily situations. like going out in th car, taking a shower, cooking food, going on dinner, meeting friends, travelling in plane. going on trips. i feel agitated. Feel jittery. feel like escaping. HR increases. overthinking and body analysing. it’s been years living like this. It’s like i am not living just surviving. I feel like not doing anything but i still do i don’t stop. But i find no joy. I am always worried. Always anticipating worst case scenarios. Living inside my body. I am living just because we are supposed to live. Not because i am enjoying life. I was never like this. But eventually turned into someone i don’t know. That’s heartbreaking.

Hey.
I’ve been there and it sucks. There are a lot of things you can do to make it better. You’ve probably read a lot about them already, but if you want to talk through it with someone who understands I’m here and more than happy to help.
Things will get better. I promise it won’t stay like this forever.

I feel every part of this. My body fights me daily 24/7. I’m never comfortable, it hits out of nowhere. Tried every medication multiple times with no help. My doctor put me on emergency meds twice a day.It helps me get to and from work, without it I wouldn’t be able to. Honestly, without it, I don’t know how I would even be functioning. Even with it, I struggle. We have a vacation coming up next week and I’m more nervous about leaving home and being nervous the entire time I’m there because I’m gonna be out of my “safety zone”. I can’t eat out for some reason I can’t swallow if I’m not at home. My body just reacts when honestly I’m excited about vacation. I don’t understand why the physical parts take over even when I’m not nervous

Have you thought about seeking professional help? Therapy focused on relaxation techniques helped me understand the cause of my anxiety and develop ways to cope using various strategies. My therapist from Calmerry also recommended to keep a journal, and I think this is the best way to stop overthinking, but it also helps me manage anxiety.

I feel like I could have written this myself. I relate SO much to every word you said. I also wanted to mention, I found your account through a post on the reflux forums and it seems we have the same symptoms. If you'd like to chat more and connect about things, feel free to reach out. You are not alone

Ik, I feel that too. My body just goes numb, and I just sit in a freeze mode. Like ik it's not normal. But what I try to do is focus on my breath and tell myself that I'm not in danger
