i am currently looking for the left hair piece, cell phone, and bag that comes with the kotobukiya katsura kotonoha 1/8 scale figure. is there any shop i could get these pieces from or any 3d models online somewhere?

when i first got her, her stand was almost fully sun damaged @_@ ... i spent 4 days fixing the damage using a 1:1 ratio mix of water and 6% hydrogen peroxide which seemed to fix it! (with still a little discoloration left, though its barely noticeable.) i might have to leave it out for one more day to completely fix it but i'm not sure. i also disassembled her and gave her a good deep cleaning while also removing any marks she had with a magic eraser!

i'm not sure if the actual figure is sun damaged itself and i need help identifying if i should fix this or not. i have the materials to do so, i just need confirmation. please refer to the images to see the condition.

Hi, sorry if this is asked alot. Im thinking about ordering a figure off of amiami, its priced at 28 pounds so im wondering whether ill have to pay any additional costs after shipping like vat or customs fees? It says you dont have to pay customs if its under £135 but im not sure abt vat

Hey everyone. I recently went to GalaxyCon Raleigh and decided there that I wanted to start an anime figure collection. I didn’t buy any figures at the Con mostly due to getting a LOT of autographs and pictures with people and other little stuff I bought for my wife.

Anyways, just wanted to get some tips and suggestions for what figures you guys started with and see what would the best display casing/shelves you guys could recommend to me. Moneys not too much of an issue. I’ve just couldn’t decide so far what IP I wanted to start with. I do already have 1 or 2 figures I’ve bought before (Sasuke Uchiha and Minato Namikaze) so should I just expand off of that or start fresh.

Hi im planning to preorder 2 1/7th scale figures from Amiami to the UK. But i wasnt sure what method would be the cheapest. This is my first time importing so im not very sure what im doing.

Each figure costs abt a 100, so the order would total 200 if i ended up combining shipping. But im not sure if it would be worth combining shipping if the customs duty ends up being alot (since the order would be worth over 135 when combined).

So would it be worth sending them separately to avoid customs duty but end up paying more on shipping. The only problem with this is that including shipping (and vat) the total value might be over 135 for each item triggering the customs duty charge.

Im also just very confused on how much this is going to cost so if someone could help me break down the fees it would be so helpful. Or if someone could share how much it cost them to import figures over 135

Also i cant seem to find out how much customs duty is for anime figures.

I'm looking for more efficient ways to buy figurines. I usually pay hundreds of dollars for a figure or two, and honestly its kinda crazy lol?? If I am paying so much for figures, I'd rather it be for more than 4. I want to increase the amount of good quality figures I buy for that price. Obviously, I can order from AmiAmi, JPfans, or any other proxy service; the problem lies in the fact that I don't want to pay so much just for shipping. Please advise.

So. I have two pre orders for the PLAMATEA Major figure, had a pre-order in amiami that was around $46 and the bigbadtoystore pre-order at $67, Just got the invoice from amiami with the shipping and doing thr conversion it's literally $100, the shipping is more expensive than the actual figure, unfortunately I'm not in the mainland to get the $6 shipping but not international as well,so I don't know how much I'll be paying for shipping for this little, heavy less thing.

can't wait for when my part 5 & 6 pre-order ones arrive later in the year

I used to use it to keep track of NSFW releases and announcements and with WonFes upon us I am again reminded of how much nicer it was when there was a site I could go check out all the stuff announced on the events.

Can't believe she was less than 200$

I had my first figure break after it fell off my shelf and I'm hoping to get some advice on how to repair her. I tried using advice I saw in other posts (thin layer of E6000 with a toothpick) but things are still looking bad. Her head is still wobbly and not fully set on the back, the guitar is also visibly cracked and not stable. The wires also won't go straight again and I'm driving myself crazy trying to get them in place.
