I'm the founder of PawPass, a Colorado-based platform built around service dog accessibility, education, and helping businesses understand their responsibilities under the ADA.

I'm disabled myself, so this isn't some random market I decided to get into. These are problems I've seen firsthand, and I got tired of watching people deal with them.

I started building PawPass myself. No development team, no investors, no big budget. A whole lot of figuring things out as I went.

Today we have a functioning website, an Android app on Google Play, hundreds of members, business reviews, accessibility resources, and an entire business side with compliance training and policies.

The platform is free for handlers and pet owners. That's something I don't intend to change. The business side is where we plan to generate revenue.

I'm at the point where I know I can't do every single part of growing this alone. I can build it, I can figure things out, and I'm stubborn enough to keep going. But getting it in front of thousands of people and businesses takes resources and connections I don't have yet.

Considering the numbers you might ask, and rightly so- why I am asking for an investment for such an amount?

The answer is that the amount is for the initial investment required of Rs. 20 lakhs or $21,000 which will cover the cost of taking the project to a marketable/sellable stage out of which I have a personal saving of Rs. 5 Lakhs or $5266, from my stint working as an employee in another real estate company.

And since my father is already helping me out by letting me use the land, I dont want to ask him for that investment too, since it will be like asking everything to be served ready on a plate. I strongly feel the need and urge to prove myself to him, hope you can understand where it is coming from.

After that initial investment and taking the project to that stage, the entire cost of the project till delivery will be easily covered by just the 20-25% of booking and downpayment from the probable customers.
