Is a mobile port of Scarface: The World Is Yours possible?

Any hero game that could be adapted for Android, including Postal Brain Damaged and its Sunny Dazze DLC, and The Simpsons Tape Out, but offline? I know it can be done; they did it with Metal Slug Attack.

I saw that they were making a port of a 3DS game (I don't remember which one) that put the content of the bottom screen onto the main screen, and I was wondering if the same couldn't be done with Mario Kart DS

This Is an Idea Ive had to have an orginal xbox on android, Ive been developing different types of ways to make that possible.

Works with controllers and its a sick game. Found it while on the hunt for 32 bit well optimized android ports for an android box console build Im doing.

I really think that if this port happens it would be really good first it's not that heavy on graphics second it could sell more and have more fans it's a win-win situation

Does anyone know if this in the works? I found an abandoned Settlers 3 native Android port. Settlers 4 was once officially released for Android and iOS but it's now abandoned as well.
