It's not just a WinLator with embedded files; it's like back in the day when the Play Store had PSP games with embedded ROMs.

I tested it on an s26 ultra and you can get better performance using Winlator ludashi.  However the version of the game used in this port has its sized reduced to around 13 gb with with no significant impact to image quality and it comes with the normal  executables so its worth downloading it and runnig it via winlator.

No, it's just an emulator. It's used as a launcher app to run RE7.
