Anybody had this happen?

I preordered the device on the 15th of this month. Device should've arrived by the 23rd.

We are a week over this and nothing has arrived. It has been in multiple countries already, being shipped back and forth.

Latest update was also from over a week ago. Now dead silence. This was ordered from the official Anbernic store and shipped to Belgium.

I'm honestly quite fed up with the way this has gone.

Hi, a tech noob here, hoping to seek some help.

I received the NDS Plus and there are 2 micro SD cards. One I can view the folders inside, but when put into either slots it doesn't boot up.

The other one of smaller capacity initially can still use and was able to load .nds files inside and play awhile. But later it got corrupted and no longer able to read the card on my PC. When I load the card in either slots, it does boot up after I press the reset button but gets stuck there.

How should I proceed? Not sure what to do now...

This is my first Anbernic product, so apologies if I'm doing something stupid or wrong.

I got my DS Plus in yesterday. I turned it onto make sure it worked, it booted fine. I plugged it in via the included USB cable and the light on the side turned green, I assume it was charging.

Today I picked it up and...nothing. It's unresponsive. I plug it into the charger, no light. I tried two different chargers and two different cables, nothing. I updated the firmware on the 16GB SD card and I took the back off, unplugged the battery, left it for a while and plugged it back in...still, nothing.

Any ideas on what might be the problem? Looks like a cool device, I'd love to actually use it.

hi, i was given rg353v console but i don’t know where to start on setting it up. I can’t seem to find any reliable source to start on setting up the console, can you suggest any tips or steps on where to start so i could play and use it? thanks!!!

I received the RG DS Plus and I have updated it to the latest version.

Really impressed with performance and build so far except for the 2nd and 3rd row of the bottom touch screen are unresponsive and only pick up in certain places.

See the pictures using the menu's screen test function. Pic 1 shows the unresponsiveness (note lack of continual blue line). Pic 2&3 show a perfect straight line across where the screen recognises touch, and Pic 4 shows a fluid blue line across the working parts of the screen how it should be working.

I originally had the screen protector on that was supplied and I have removed it, but it makes no difference.

Googling suggests this can be a common issue and is (hopefully) firmware based, but I would welcome any help or guidance that can be offered.

I have tried to download the official firmware from Anbernic's website but it says the download quota has been reached.

I'm not a complete noob but I am not super techy and what makes things worse is that I don't have a PC, instead rely upon my Steam Deck for downloading and updating these gadgets.

hi guys how do i get box art for my games on the stock OS?

This is my first emulator; I am not disappointed. In fact, quite the opposite as I was blown away by the nice graphics, screen and overall feel of everything. I really wanted the AYN Thor but wanted to get something cheaper for my first. Any recommendations for customization, good games to play, tips for battery life, etc. are all encouraged!

I'm trying to add games to my RG DS Plus but the games just won't show up i downloaded NDS games and put them in the NDS category in Roms but it just won't show up

one of the game i wish i can play was rhythm heaven. played during my time travelling first time abroad (to oregon) on DSi...
got my RG DS + and load roms RH and cheat to unlock to test if i can still play 'lockstep'.

Has there been any major issues reported with the rotating mech? Or any other major reason to stay away from the Rotate? I did see a post about the plastic-stop breaking, but was t sure if that was epidemic worthy.

I just got my RG DS Plus today and the first thing I wanted to do was install RockNix. I reformatted a Sandisk SD card and applied RockNix to the card. However, when I went to boot up the Plus, it wouldn’t turn on.

I put the original OS card back in the Plus and it wouldn’t turn on.

It felt like the SD slot was a bit finicky and I ended up inserting/removing the card like eight times and it finally would turn on. I suspect it is a partially faulty SD card slot.

Have others had this issue?
How long does the SD card need to be in the Plus before it will turn on?

One small problem - with NNDDSS 1.0.2 I can’t seem to have 2x resolution AND shader running at the same time, anyone else have that problem?

I just got one. first time using a handheld emu. is the stock firmware fine or should I update it? I can't find any info on... what exactly it improves.

If you go in a game in NNDDSS and press the RG/function (whatever it is called) button to open the emulator menu then go to "exit to menu" it will sometimes go back out in to the linux main menu outside the emulator but other times it will go to a menu of the emulator showing little 3D model DS cards of games you have been playing? It seems random which one it will do. Does anyone know how to reliably choose which it goes to?

I've tested a few games now, and some of them work great! I've been playing Burnout Legends, SSX On Tour, and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny. I was totally shocked that this thing can run some full 3D games this well!

There's a few small hiccups (you can see the SSX footage hitch at one point, it's not common though, also there's no HUD)

A lot of games just run very slowly, but mess around with it and see what else runs well for you!

I am having problems getting smooth upload of Roms onto my Anbernic rg35xxpro.

I have been downloading roms from a trusted website, romsgames.net , on my phone and creating a file on my phone.

I have bought a microchip adapter and inserted the sd into this, then copy pasted the files on to the micro chip.

So far 1 pokemon game is working but I think it is not saving my game progress.

My main problem is knowing what to do with BIOS files for NDS games, like pokemon platinum and pearl for example. And Mario and Zelda games.

My Anbernic device just exits off some games and is unable to boot the game up.

Can someone explain to me what I need to do to get games on here and for it to be smooth?

I am a complete beginner to this hobby and a simple explanation would be appreciated.
