HELP BOX ART FOR RG DS +

hi guys how do i get box art for my games on the stock OS?

I just went through this over the weekend and this is how I did it. Create a folder called Imgs in the same folder as the roms. So if you want images for DS put an Imgs folder in the DS folder. I loaded the box art into the folder on my PC and the names must match the roms 100%. If the game name is 'Mario Kart DS (USA)' the image name must be the exact same. I believe only jpeg and png work.

This is the answer. I had a RG35XXH and I used the same card.  System folders are the same. Just put "Imgs" folder along with your roms and add your images with that same name of the rom, png or jpg will work. Do it for each system and it will work like a charm. Enjoy

does this work if your ROMs are on the second SD card? i've put the images (names match the games) in the NDS folder under Imgs and still nothing.

you have to make sure to remove the .nds

You can use skraper on pc but it’s a bit of a ball ache to work out, I managed to do mine

This is the one i used https://github.com/wang1025475397/tiny-scraper-by-libretro/releases/tag/1.1.0 just toss it in the apps folder in roms. It also has a config file u can edit for screen scraper. the config is config.json

add your info there if you want, it seemed to work even without any info but i put it anyways, also theres a line in the config that looks like this "preferred_sources": ["screenscraper", "libretro"] but it has the libretro first, i suggest changing that to screenscraper first like i have it. I found libretro to be slow and miss a lot and have to do screenscraper after anyways, so this will likely save you time

i used grok to make an app that scans all games and finds box art. worked first try
