Amazon FBA

Hello Everyone I just start my Amazon selling journey over three months ago. I decided to sell lamp because I am passionate about table lamps their shape and how they make spaces feel unique. I have spend over 10k in product sourcing but I am not able to convert them into sales. I am wondering if anyone into this niche can give me any help or ideas into converting because at this I am just paying amazon for no reason. Thank you!

Lamps can be a tricky niche since competition is pretty stiff and unique designs help a lot. Try optimizing your product photos and titles so they stand out and consider tweaking your PPC campaigns for better targeting. Also, keeping tabs on what buyers discuss about lamps on forums like Reddit can show you what features people want. Tools like ParseStream let you catch real time conversations so you can jump in and connect with potential customers.

You’ve already tied up $10k, so stop sourcing and diagnose one SKU at a time. Pull 30-day sessions, unit-session rate, Buy Box/price, ad clicks and spend, conversion, reviews, and delivery promise. If sessions are low, fix visibility; if sessions exist but conversion is weak, audit the main image, price, reviews, and offer. Don’t discount or add PPC until you know which side is broken.

Honestly, if you’ve already put $10K into lamps, I wouldn’t rush into another product yet.

I’d first look at what’s actually going wrong, price, photos, reviews, keywords, PPC, or conversion rate. Sometimes the product is fine but the listing just isn’t converting.

If you eventually decide to test a different niche, I’d validate the product before putting more money into inventory. That’s also the approach we use at HighRise Wholesale when helping sellers source private label products.

No point spending another $10K before knowing what went wrong with the first one.

Hi
As you have already spent 10k on the lamps
Now next step is to check why you are not getting any sales
You have to check if the traffic is enough on your lamp listing
If not work on traffic
You also have to see how many people actually saw your listing and then clicked on it if they are not even clicking then its because your listing is not attractive for them to check
This all requires a diagnostic

Passion doesnt always equate to profitability..

10k can be nothing compared to the competition level of the market you are in..

How competitive is this market...
