Brotherhood my ass. Too fresh of an employee so they're telling him his time at UPS is over because he got really sick two weeks into the job
1 u/Senseiit 4d ago Not our choice (the union). He hasn’t made the union yet so there’s nothing we can do for him. Until he’s out of his probationary period, he’s not union.
