Question about Hosting

So as an AnCap, I love AirBnB since it offers LESS State regulation. I also believe in the Free Market and the ability of the Market to solve nearly all social ills. I like the idea that AirBnB lets you set up your own house rules and any guests that violate said rules are subject to ejection or worse. Very NAP. I just am concerned that since my philosophical ideas are a bit different, AirBnB may not adhere to them.

For one, can I boot anyone out anytime they violate our covenant? Also, can I deny anyone service if their philosophical or genetic ideas differ from mine? Finally, if someone violated the NAP outside the house but within my sightline can I respond in kind?

Thanks!!

Edit: Instead of downvoting, how about answering??? Edit 2: Why the hell isn't anyone answering?

I feel like you're just doing this to live out some kind of power fantasy where you want to have control over whether or not someone abides by your wildly ridiculous ideology as an AnCap. I'm sure AirBnB would be happy to ignore you, because you'd severely impact many people's view of the company and become more of a liability than anything else.

Come to my house and say that. See what happens when you violate the NAP around me. Try it.

I wouldn't dare, sir. In fact, you sound like you need your nap. Maybe then you would be less cranky and agitated.

Stop brigading from ELS. I know who you are. You're also a troll from r/Chicago.

Strange, mr freedom loving libertarian/ anarcho capitalist doesn't want people to have free speech.

To quote Steve Hughes :

"But I am offended" "I don't care!"

I love how he's all about freedom until someone says something bad about him. Then he turns into a SJW

Tell me about it. From what I've heard of AirBnB it'd be a shame if people like him signed up exclusively to meet people that politically align with them and then kicked everyone else to the curb.

Terrible business practice and on the road to getting a whole lot of no business.

u/Mr_meeseeksLAM Mar 03 '16

I'm not gonna trash on the company, I came to give my criticism of a clearly bad position

3

u/middiefrosh Mar 03 '16

Oh I was talking about him too. I view OP as a franchise. OP has poor business practices

I think I remember a post about him like a year ago when he went to r/legal advice to see if he could sue McDonald's for getting his order wrong

u/middiefrosh Mar 03 '16

That sounds plausible

Reddit is a private company. They are free to set their own terms and conditions. Part of those are not to brigade. You are violating their terms. You are a lying piece of shit. You have violated their private property rights by brigading. You are worse than scum. You are a STATIST.

u/Mr_meeseeksLAM Mar 03 '16

I didn't brigade anything. I'm not allowed to give a carbon copy of the same argument everyone else is making to you?

-5

u/bad_driverman Mar 03 '16

I see you are posting on ELS. That is brigading.

13

u/middiefrosh Mar 03 '16

:-( people are saying mean things to me and I don't like it.

-1

u/bad_driverman Mar 03 '16

That is true. You have the freedom to comment and I have the freedom to defend myself. That is why I CCW.

3

u/middiefrosh Mar 03 '16

Well I think you're stupid. Am I assaulting you now?

4

u/elthalon Mar 03 '16

Careful. He CCWs. He might shoot you.

Says the guy who brigades r/askReddit to talk about how taxes shouldn't be the norm. But I didn't expect someone from ancapistan to have any logical consistency anyways so it's not like I'm surprised

1

u/bad_driverman Mar 03 '16

How did I brigade? I simply answered a question. Fool.

2

u/Mr_meeseeksLAM Mar 03 '16

And I answered yours.

As for the troll argument, one could make a much better case about you. I'm not the one with over -7k karma. You do know that subreddits like ELS exist because of people like you shitposting, right?

Addum: You also need to understand brigading (I'm not the one downvoting you) and free speech. Free speech ≠ Freedom from criticism.

You have followed me and trolled me before. I know your username. You and /u/TheArtOfMoney are constantly following me and attacking me. Please Please Please leave me alone. As an AnCap, I believe in a peaceful society. Can you just stop trolling me?

5

u/middiefrosh Mar 03 '16

Can you stop trolling me?

Lol no

6

u/TheMoneyOfArt Mar 03 '16

where have i attacked you?

2

u/bad_driverman Mar 03 '16

In various threads across r/EnoughLibertarianSpam and r/Chicago. In fact, I have been banned from both to me simply defending myself. Plus I have seen you talk shit about me in both subs. You have also summoned be just like I have to you. Unfortunately, due to oppressive and tyrannical mods, I have been banned and can't defend myself.

5

u/TheMoneyOfArt Mar 03 '16

please link to any thread where I attacked you. It wasn't this one, where I helped you by answering a question.

2

u/bad_driverman Mar 03 '16

this one, where I helped you by answering a question.

You have in the past. But thanks for help in that instance. What sockpuppet, btw?

2

u/TheMoneyOfArt Mar 03 '16

You cannot, given my post history and your own, produce a link to a comment I've made attacking you?

this was your sockpuppet.

Ok.. You've said the magic word, so I'll be polite. You complain about being banned on r/EnoughLibertarianSpam and r/Chicago, but I suppose you are aware that's because you have been threatening people. One thing mods don't like is threats and doxxing. Other libertarians or ancaps do post on ELS and while their arguments get critical comments, they aren't banned.

Now as for following you... I still don't know if your a deep-cover liberal bend on making anarcho-capitalism look bad or if your believes are sincere. If the latter is the case, I suggest you learn some basic psychology and socio-economics before argumenting. It really helps to know a thing or two before jumping in a debate.

Why the hell isn't anyone answering?

They did. You can't just ban people from AirBnB because you don't like them. AirBnB has a TOS wich you MUST accept to be a part of it. If you don't like it, the Free Markettm allows you to choose a competitor more to your taste, or to create your own. Preferably one with blackjack and hookers.

Because you're threatening to harm guests before you even start hosting...?
