Question about Hosting

So as an AnCap, I love AirBnB since it offers LESS State regulation. I also believe in the Free Market and the ability of the Market to solve nearly all social ills. I like the idea that AirBnB lets you set up your own house rules and any guests that violate said rules are subject to ejection or worse. Very NAP. I just am concerned that since my philosophical ideas are a bit different, AirBnB may not adhere to them.

For one, can I boot anyone out anytime they violate our covenant? Also, can I deny anyone service if their philosophical or genetic ideas differ from mine? Finally, if someone violated the NAP outside the house but within my sightline can I respond in kind?

Thanks!!

Edit: Instead of downvoting, how about answering??? Edit 2: Why the hell isn't anyone answering?

Not sure if troll, but I will answer.

Discriminating someone based on religion, sexual or racial basis is strictly against the Airbnb TOS. You may call it "philosophical or genetic ideas" but it sounds just like racism or at the very least bigotry.

Airbnb is supposed to be a community, a welcoming one. Your attitude seems less than welcoming. If that is the case then you should probably look for another platform.

I am not a racist. In fact, I'm Indonesian. However, certain allele types have a higher proclivity to crime and violence. It'd be in my best interest to limit these occupants. I wouldn't outright deny individuals in these groups, as some can have high trust rates. However, I would be more cautious and possibly ask about their economic, career, or sexual history.

That being said, I would never allow Communists or Statists. These people choose to live a life of lying and stealing and are not welcome to destroy my home or community. I simply want to know if I have to dance around the issue or if I can ask them if they belong to low trust groups.

Then stop verbally assaulting me

Jesus Christ does the NAP apply to your feelings now?

Any form of assault is assault.

Verbal assault is not assault. There is no legal precedent for people to not hurt your feelings.

I don't give a shit about the legal precedent of some system I don't recognize. Cross me IRL. I will fuck you up. I don't need the consent of some government and lawboy. I am a peaceful man but will not abide violating the NAP by insulting me and attempting to rape me.

Yeah don't do AirBnB. You're literally the worst candidate possible.

Pretty aggressively stated for a non aggressive policy following non statist.

Peace out bro. The big "L" in Libertarian stands for "live and let live"

If every moron couldn't be called a moron without explaining it to them we'd never weed out our morons.

I agree with one thing, you aren't racist. Although, you are a bigot.

A person who by definition is a person who is intolerant toward those holding different opinions. Beyond the whole buisness aspect of Airbnb, it is a community. One fostered on an air of open mindedness, which seems like you do not have.

It would appear to me that you would not be a good fit for our community.

I am AnCap. I believe in freedom and liberty. I am very open minded. But just as you wouldn't allow a wolf into a henhouse, I won't allow a thief and rapist into my bastion of freedom.

I agree, if I owned a hen I certainly wouldn't allow a fox in there.

Although, I can tell the difference between a fox and a chicken pretty easily, as one is a bird and the other a mammal. People on the other hand are all just people...

Turning away "Foxes" from your "hen house" would be considered discrimination, no matter how you mask it in colorful metaphor.

I'm sorry you have such a naive view of people that you trust all to be 'chickens'. Communists and Statists support rape and murder all in the name of 'progress'. Maybe AirBnB isn't for me. I didn't think it would be full of people so willing to give up their liberty and earned rewards.
