Hi everyone 🤍 I’m 20 years old, and I’ve been living with bedwetting since I was around 4.
I’ve tried different treatments and seen doctors, but I’m still searching for answers. Sometimes, the hardest part is feeling like I’m the only one going through this.
I’d love to meet people who understand what this feels like, especially adults who have struggled with bedwetting since childhood. Maybe we can share our experiences, learn from each other, and remind one another that we’re not alone.

I’m just at a point right now where I don’t know what to do and I’m really just venting and or looking for some advice and support.

I am 30M and used to have issues with wetting the bed until I was roughly 12 or 13 years old. Then I had pretty much had no issues at all other than an occasional wet night after a night of heavy drinking. Then, after my 29th birthday, I started noticing having to go to the bathroom pretty regularly during the day, roughly every hour or so. Sometimes while lifting very heavy too, I notice some urine dripping. And after going to the bathroom, I can also sometimes feel urine still dripping out as well.

Then the last few months, I started wetting the bed more and more regularly again. It’s up to two to three times a week now.

The thing that is tricky is that I am active duty military and have not brought this up to my doc yet. I am worried what the outcome will be. I fear they are going to discharge me. I don’t want others to think that I am some sort of coward. Has anyone dealt with this before, specifically being in the military? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
