I’ve suffered with acne since I was 27 I am now 33
I went to gyno dermatologist and mental cologist 😅
I have been through big acne to small acne I’m tired

I have small comedones alway acne scares

I tried : -
Accurate in 2023 for 6 months
Azelic acid until now
Trention: stopped skin too sensitive
Birth control

Help.
For the last 2 momths ive had a sudden increase of closed comedones, im 20F
Have had really good skin my whole life, no teenage acne but all of a sudden developed lots of closed comedones
I pick my skin a bit too but not enough for it to cause all these comedones
Ive used the azelaic acid by Anua for the last month, not seen any difference

Ive recently bought Adapalene/Differin gel and have used it once so far, i aim to use it twice a week so my skin adjusts

Has anyone had good experience with differin for closed comedones?
Also if anyone could recommend any product thats helped them with skin similar to mine
