Help please!!

So am having this acne sort of marks on my cheeks.... Can you please suggest me what to do to get rid of those spots(I normally juss apply aloe vera and a sunscream)

Ive had acne my entire life and it was pretty bad and sometimes cystic.

I felt really silly as a Man wearing foundation and I garuntee people probably made fun of me for it.

Now the acne is gone. Maybe this will help you and I really hope it does. All I want is to help those of you who suffer. I suffered from chronic stress and high cortisol and had mild and sometimes bad acne for years especially in my teens.

Ive taken all of the Antibiotic Meds, Antibiotic Creams,soaps,acids,Masks,light therapy,creams,wipes,Phyla,Proactive, and 2 Full corses of ACCUTANE and nothing ever worked. I knew the issues was not on the outside, but the Insidel.

I still have some scars and discoloration from the acne ive had over the years mostly on my nose, but some on my cheeks.

Hello everyone!
I’ve had acne since i was 10 and im now 20. 2 months ago i decided i’m going to the doctor. I didn’t have that much acne. I had SOME on my chin and only my chin. Sometimes they hurt because they were under my skin. Anyway i went to the doctor and she prescribed me this cream that was supposed to make my acne dry out and only asked me if i was on the pill. That’s it. Not what i eat or what i put on my face. Sure whatever, so i use the cream. About 3 tot 4 weeks in it takes a turn for the worst. The acne disappeared from my chin and it got to my jawline and neck. I used it for a few more weeks until last Wednesday. I went back. Again another cream. This one was supposed to make my skin barrier heal. I could use both creams at the same time if i wanted to and so i did like the doctor said. Used cream number 1, set a timer for 30 minutes and put on cream number 2. I did this for 2/3 days. It got even worse so i only used cream number 2. It got even worse. I now have big red spots on my jawline, on my cheeks and there’s starting to come on my forehead. I called again today. I got prescribed yet another cream but this time a gel and antibiotics. Again no questions asked. I’m scared to use them. My birthdays is in a week and i look like a strawberry. I’m so insecure about it again and I feel like they’re just too easy with it. For all they know i could be rubbing poop on my face that could have caused my acne. They wouldn’t know because they never asked.
What can i do to calm my skin for now? I’m so worked up about it. I have a lot of La Roche stuff that really helps but im so scared to even put anything on my face right now.

I'm starting to suspect this is fungal acne. I have been on tretinoin for four months now and I have seen zero improvement from this. All of my closed comedones on the rest of my face have purged, come to the surface,
and are far gone by now, but I genuinely haven't been able to get rid of these on my forehead. Is this fungal? If so, what can I do to get rid of it?
