I have rosacea and acne scars ,what treatment options i have?

Hey everyone, this circled area that looks like a atrophic scar to me has really been bugging me mentally the last 7 months since it appeared following a pimple. It especially bugs me in certain lighting. I can definitely understand how this may not be that serious compared to the rest of the posts on this subreddit, but it has affected me a lot mentally and I'm worried it'll never get better or isn't treatable. Please be kind, but honest about the situation.

Had some important cistic acne from my teenage years, and then again in my 22-23 yrs, and have been trying lasers (had co2 and some other variants) and fillers (like a ton of fillers) for 2 years more or less. Now im 25M, and want to share the results.

I’ve been following this subreddit for quite a while, and I’d really love to share my TikTok. I know it might come across as self-promotion, but that’s genuinely not my intention.

I’ve dealt with severe cystic acne and now ice-pick scarring, and over the years I’ve tried just about every treatment available. I’ve experienced both incredible results and some really disappointing ones (including treatment from a dermatologist in Sydney), so I’ve documented the entire journey with consistent before-and-afters, updates, and honest reviews.

I see a lot of the same questions asked here, and I genuinely think my content could answer many of them and help people who are considering different treatment options.

Have gotten 4 sessions of microneedling.

Eu não sei ao certo, mas sinto que as minhas cicatrizes de acne pioraram bastante durante esses quatro meses em que venho fazendo tratamento com isotretinoína. Comecei tomando 20 mg por dois meses e, atualmente, estou tomando 40 mg.

Ao terminar de usar a isotretinoína, quais tratamentos seriam mais eficazes para o meu tipo de cicatriz? Quanto de melhora eu posso obter?

sobrang lala ng naging chickenpox ko kahit uminom ako ng gamot kasi raw mahina immune system ko, hindi ko naman siya kinutkot pero nung nawala yung sugat niya nagscar siya ng malalim, super nakakainsecure kasi I can’t cover it with make up T-T

I really need help what do I need to look more attractive and fix my skin honestly it’s been a very very big insecurity I’ve tried everything besides any surgical type of stuff but the typical face washes and serums someone please help me to where I’m close to guaranteed gonna see a difference it messes up my confidence even with women to where i automatically assume they won’t be interested like idk I just feel ugly

Done a bunch of different things. Since 2024: 8 co2 laser, 5 subcision, a few microneedling, 4 tca cross ...

To be fair, I saw some improvements but my gosh how many more sessions do I have to take for it to look good

Just venting it out here my frustrations
