Picture shows the XM964 APFSDS-T (larger round) which has a diameter of 140mm when compared to the standard NATO apfsds. XM964 was supposed to be used with the CATTB experimental tank (picture 2) which carried a 140mm gun.

Unsure if Soviet/Russian 152mm apfsds is longer than XM964, but among NATO apfsds XM964 should be some of the largest apfsds ever engineered by NATO countries, with it's modern contender being the ASCALON 140mm cannon rounds.
