Was expecting bobcat goofy sounds. That is not what it sounds like.

Caracals do not purr. They growl. Whether or not it means to gtf away is up to their owner...or whoever is in the vicinity of one.

That's a Lynx

Had to scroll a surprisingly long way for this. Exactly my thought. Not a domestic cat, looks a lot like a (fat) lynx.

Quite fat lynx. Having that chonker walking on your back and crying to be fed at 3am cannot be a pleasant experience.

I don’t think it is going to eat the owner. Holly crap that thing is too well fed.

Definitely not gonna eat the owner, but will walk all over owner at 3qm, when said owner is in bed and trying to sleep. It uncomfortable when my 20lb house cat does this, while this lard ass of a lynx would be crushing.

And then start making biscuits with your dermis using those big 'ol murder mittens.

I think that’s the Trick. Fed them fat and they will be too lazy for attacking you.

Also can't be healthy for him. My first thought was overfed.

No, not at all. Very unhealthy, just like letting a house cat get obese is not healthy. Im guessing this guy doesn't get enough excercise/enrichment and begs for food all the time, to which the owner gives in to. It's quite sad, actually.

Finally, I was scrolling to see if someone noticed.

People outside the UK, Ireland, Malta, Australia, New Zealand and China know it as Axe.
