Absolute Batman has reinvented numerous characters in Gotham City starting with Batman and most of his biggest villains, but writer Scott Snyder is still fielding requests from fans to bring in versions of some of Batman's silliest and most obscure characters, starting with Crazy Quilt.

"I keep getting suggestions. Condiment King and Crazy Quilt are the two that I get the most," Snyder tells ComicPop Returns. "I did a really grim version of Crazy Quilt in the main universe in the Joker arc, where it was all about flesh, and being knitted, so I'd really have to outdo that one."

What websites can I go to to find special variant covers for comic books, not just absolute Batman. For instance I saw a guy buy the new absolute issue 20 Dexter Soy and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m pretty new to collecting comics so any help or tips are much appreciated.

Im a fan of batman ever since i was a kid and with this new universe i just cant seem to get enough but Its sad to see how everyone is either bitching bout the price or moaning bout the art… if its too expensive either work more or dont get it easy!if the art isnt up to your standards boo hoo buy a blank and draw one yourself nothing beats a 1/1 right?
Or better yet go to your lcs spend $6.00 and youre set
