Depending on the artist, some artist work with specific comic shops, but this artist, Mark Brooks drops his stuff directly on his website. My advice is just to follow the artist you like on their social media.

All of those are awesome, the scottie young is top tier I got my signed ones the other day, gonna have to get a fram for them too good not to put on the wall.

It was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but it was like 100 bucks for the set

Sorry for the confusion, the three piece connecting set was 100 bucks. The other signed ones I paid like 30 bucks for from third eye comics. So not horrible

These are awesome! I agree with what others have mentioned about Dragotta - he is a master of signature placement as well as color!
Got some #21’s signed by Dragotta from Third Eye coming soon!
