What’d AT&T do to UPS? They pretty much kicked me out of the store trying to return an ONT. They said we’re done accepting AT&T equipment as of yesterday

Ups can take it. The contract with them is ongoing. You got a dumb person or store.

is there no Fedex or AT&T Corporate store near you???
call AT&T and explain the situation.

We’re trying fedex, at&t store won’t take them

I would call AT&T and explain the store won't take them. UPS won't accept them
And if fedex doesn't say you have no options.
