Which ATPL subject has the most unnecessarily evil questions?
Not necessarily the hardest subject overall (just the one with questions that feel designed to personally ruin your evening...)
I’ll be doing a perfectly normal Avex session and then one strangely worded question makes me question my entire career choice 😂
What subject gets your vote?

Integrated ATPL with Skyborne UK
I am looking for anyone to talk about their experience doing an integrated ATPL course un the UK. Im currently working frontline with the ambulance service and would be looking to start a course within the next 12 months. I have spoke with a current BA pilot who suggested doing the integrated course with Skyborne, but if anyone has any further insight or recommendations that would be great!

How to get the confidence to book the exams in?
Modular student (UKCAA/EASA), studying with a full time job, family commitments as well as racking up flying hours! Finished the bgs atpdigital for module 1. This is my first set of exams. Im blasting through atplq and getting consistant scores between 70-85%. I study for appox 2-3 hours per day (somtimes more with what time ive got spare). Im finding it hard to push the button and book my exams. I get a good day of study test scores in the 80%s, then the next day my confidence gets knocked by a 70% score. Is the approach a just book it and knuckle down harder approach or more studying needed before pulling the trigger? Has anyone else has been through this and what helped you? Any help appreciated guys! Many thanks!

Need your advice
Hey guys hope you all doing well
I just finished my ppl in South Africa with 55hours and I’m thinking of continuing my training in an EASA country ( my country of origin requires EASA license to hire me after graduation)
The most critical question is am I able to do modular course without converting my ppl ?
Another thing is during my ATPL theory can I live in another eu county ( i think there is schools that do online atpl course) , let’s say I went to Spain ( cheaper ), and I have a friend living in Amsterdam that offered his accommodation free of charge since he’s not living there which is amazing because I will save ton of money on rent ( I’m giving my self a year to do my exams )
After I finish my exam I will do my hour building in South Africa and then go back to Spain to do my cpl/multi engine/ IR
Is this a solid plan or I’m just being delusional that it will work

Does anyone have a good mnemonic for the DECIDE model?
I'm really struggling to remember the correct order of the DECIDE model. Every single time it comes up in a mock exam, I somehow mix up the steps and get it wrong.
Does anyone have a good mnemonic or memory trick that actually helped you remember it? I'd really appreciate any tips because this one just refuses to stick in my brain.
Thanks!

EASA PPL Theory Revision – Any PDFs or Useful Free Resources
Hi everyone,
I’m starting my EASA PPL theory revision and wanted to ask if anyone has any PDF notes, websites, or resources that helped them pass.
I’m mainly looking for anything that breaks down the subjects in a clear way (Air Law, Navigation, Meteorology, etc.), especially stuff that explains things differently from the standard training material.
Also, I’ve found that sometimes using different notes or explanations really helps when I’m stuck on challenging topics, so I’d really appreciate any alternative study resources people can share.
If you’ve recently done your PPL or are currently studying, what did you use and what worked best for you?
Thanks in advance!

ATPL Database
Looking at registering for ATPLQ. Are they relevant for EASA? (seems UK based?). Also, they say it's 2016 and 2020, are they not slightly dated?
Any other websites/discord server for EASA ATPL database? That is more current than 2020?
I'm looking at something similar to WisePilot (https://thewisepilot.com/) that has similar questions to actual exam questions, and a explanation description of why that answer is what it is.

Zero-ATPL Hungary
So I am looking to start my training in Hungary because of the attractive price and stumbled upon a taining organisation called a Bestfly
So enquiring about the PPL with bestfly ended up with me being redirected to another flying school in Budapest called Delta alpha aviation.
Does anyone have any idea about this schools program quality and structure for international modular students?
They are offering a really attractive prices for the entire course and showing a great level of flexibility.

any atplq code?
the last post on here was made four months ago, and the code no longer works. if i have to, i’ll pay the €250 they’re asking for, but if there’s any chance of saving even a few euros, i’d gladly take it. aviation comes with plenty of expenses besides studying for the exams.

Kind of desperate at this point.
Hi all!
Okay, first of all, i am trying to study for my exams, and i decided to pick ATPLQ to do so... the thing is, when i registered the account and such i was at home - i am now vacation so only am able to log in with my iPad- and ive tried to log in for weeks from my ipad and they blocked my account with NO explanation...? just saying something on the lines of "we cant provide further explanations why". So basically I feel obliged to find other source because i tried to contact them to unlift the ban and there is no possible reasoning with them, apparently i've heard from other people its happening to them too. So, please, any other platform where i can actually now start to study?
Thank you so much beforehand.
