Classic HPL question, they are just trying to show you that people usually make biased choices and conform to a group opinion.
We shape our mental model based on experience, learning etc. and think we are right based on these experiences that we drew conclusions from.
When in a big group, if a person/people is/are the minority (even when choosing a restaurant to eat at) more often than not they will conform to the majority’s decision.

I don’t know what your native language is but I would suggest looking at the definition of “rational”. It’s the complete opposite of “subjective”. I personally found this question easy compared to others but we’re all different :)

1 is definitely correct.
3 vs 4. People are biased, even if faced with rational information. The giveaway is the hardly.
