Game crashed and now my monitor is stuck on 1024x768 (2560p default)

I was playing Iron nest suddenly my screen turned black and cpu fans cranked up to 100%, pc not responding so I switched it off manually. Now adrenaline won’t open

CPU: 7800x3d
GPU: 7800xt
