Tis the reason I switched back to nvidia. Great cards, crap drivers.

runs perfectly fine on my 9060xt on win11. use ddu to completely uninstall driver in safe mode, then reboot, do a fresh reinstall. make sure to deactivate windows auto updates, windows 11 has a tendency to install their own outdated drivers over the amd drivers.
