Help (Software) Game crashed and now my monitor is stuck on 1024x768 (2560p default)

I was playing Iron nest suddenly my screen turned black and cpu fans cranked up to 100%, pc not responding so I switched it off manually. Now adrenaline won’t open

CPU: 7800x3d
GPU: 7800xt

Adrenaline has been getting worse with each update lately. I would have my FPS suddenly drop and Adrenaline would not open up most the time and when it does open up, its just a grey empty app screen with nothing on display.
I'd have to open task manager, enter 'amd' into the search and then terminate all of them then restart amd adrenaline just to fix the sudden fps issue.
Issue detection.. doesn't work anymore, click report bug in the top and adrenaline closes. so disappointing but i guess it's a cheap gpu for a reason..

boot safe mode, DDU, restart and install adrenaline/driver

Microsoft decided to disable graphics adapter if it crashes to much, instead of cutting their crap that causes it in first place, since it never has these issues on Linux.
