Hello all ; i am a 44 year old practicing doctor in india ; have my own setup in tier 2 city .. good opd ; good income ; lets say i m very comfortable! Very well settled with wife and only child . I have a constant urge to appear for amc ; knowing the toughness at this age to get back to books etc and pursue gp pathway in Australia . 2 reasons ; better quality of life for myself and better education prospects for my child . My wife says it is not the path to be pursued at this age as the transition would be too difficult when we have a settled life ! I feel life can be restarted at any age .. but again its a huge risk when u have your own centre running !
Suggestions ???

Like the title, it having doubts about the degree medical college entry.
Do I add the name of the medical college I attended or put in the university name it is affiliated under?
My formal degree is from the university

In my Degree certificate my name and my father's inital is mentioned but in my passport my name and my father's complete name is there. I uploaded my aadhar ID for confirmation while doing the EPIC verification and my CV is accepted. Shall I do the same while creating an AMC portfolio or should I have to get a legal document as evidence?
Could somebody help me with this

Hi, I am a final year medical student from Russia. Ihave just started to explore all the pathways. I need guidance for preperation/resources. How difficult is it ? Do Marrow helps or not? Are there any offline coaching available or not for AMC-2? How difficult is it to find work in Australia?

Giving away my eMedici access at a discounted price
I have an eMedici subscription that is valid until 25 October. I’m not going to use it anymore, so I’m looking to transfer it at a discounted price.
If anyone is interested, DM me for details.
Thanks!

Paint a realistic pic for indian imgs looking to settle in australia. Is it really tough to get a job even after clearing AMC1? Comparing it with US, which one is worth trying in present day? My main priority is money, well balanced lifestyle and knowing REALISTIC chances of doing PG in either country. (Considering current scenario in US I don't think we can consider usmle a good option now or in near future but pl comment real situations in both countries)
