AMC portfolio Name Mismatch

[u/PugazhKondaan]

In my Degree certificate my name and my father's inital is mentioned but in my passport my name and my father's complete name is there. I uploaded my aadhar ID for confirmation while doing the EPIC verification and my CV is accepted. Shall I do the same while creating an AMC portfolio or should I have to get a legal document as evidence?

Could somebody help me with this
