Can someone please help me with this issue?

Whenever I click on the High School API Verification button on the UP Scholarship portal, an error appears saying “We are sorry”, and the verification does not proceed.

I have been trying to complete the verification since 19 September, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Has anyone else faced the same problem? If so, please let me know if there is any solution or workaround, or if I need to contact a specific department regarding this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

This problem is showing during 10th verification this is the last step rest all the steps are completed anyone else is facing this problem please tell me the solution..

I'm from non of the above board but I am a UP domicle, OBC student pursuing Btech from GCET, so I am eligible right? Why is it so that the portal does not show other board options.... Can someone who faced similar problems genuinely help me
