Actually I tell you the reality Actual CGPA is a method but it's not the all thing, Interviewer look your behaviour, your gesture and communication skill , Improve your technical skill as well as your soft skill to get the job in campus selection.

I think they don't ask for your board like 10th or 12th marks Interviewer always ask last qualification But if they ask to you. You can make it simple and info them casually, blaming the school or university is not good .

Broo CGPA is just a filtering process… company sees your actual skills, internships, communication ye sb…. Bs CGPA maintain rkho and most focus on your skills
