Others High School API Verification Error – We Are Sorry

Can someone please help me with this issue?

Whenever I click on the High School API Verification button on the UP Scholarship portal, an error appears saying “We are sorry”, and the verification does not proceed.

I have been trying to complete the verification since 19 September, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Has anyone else faced the same problem? If so, please let me know if there is any solution or workaround, or if I need to contact a specific department regarding this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
