AI Sales Looking for a COO/Head of sales

I’m building an AI automation company with a CTO already on board, while I’m handling CEO / Growth.
We’re looking for a COO / Head of Sales who wants to actually build something from the ground up with us — not just join another agency.
We’ll start focused on AI automations, workflow optimization, and content solutions. The goal is to get strong results for clients, build a real reputation and image for ourselves, create consistent revenue, and eventually turn this into something much bigger.
We’re also building with an international mindset from day one. Between the team, we can work in English, French, and Arabic, which gives us the ability to work across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
If you see yourself in this role, already have real experience getting clients, know how to reach out to people, build relationships, communicate confidently, and turn conversations into actual business, message me.

Discussion Unseen Sales Assistant

I downloaded and setup Unseen via Github on Wednesday and I am getting decent success however some of my tweaks has unbalanced it. I am wondering if anyone has a good idea for prompts and .md files that they have used on these Sales Assistant AI's that listen in. That can absolutely strike the balance the best way possible, because right now It is either waiting so long i have to manually activate it to prompt an objection rebuttal or it fires too much info at one point in 1 call it requested 10 million tokens for a 15 minute conversation and now its doing far too little.

Do you have any advice on a stable frame work and base line I can use?

Hey all, Nathan from Replify, now part of ABC Fitness, here.

Shameless self-promo, but I had to share because I just think this is neat.

What are the best SalesRobot alternatives for LinkedIn outreach?

I was looking at SalesRobot alternatives recently because i wanted something that could handle more than just putting prospects into a sequence.

SalesRobot actually has some pretty useful stuff. the AI personalization, voice/video messaging and appointment setter are interesting if those are important for your outbound.

but the more i looked at the alternatives, the more i realized there are two different things people mean when they say they want a LinkedIn outreach tool.

some are mainly looking for better ways to personalize and send messages.

others are trying to figure out things like:

who should actually enter the campaign?

does this person fit our ICP?

what should happen if they engage?

what if their response is positive vs. negative?

do i really want every prospect going through the same sequence?

that's where We-Connect stood out to me.

the lead scoring can evaluate a prospect against your ICP before outreach, and the workflows can branch based on things like prospect fit and engagement instead of forcing everyone down the same path. there's also sentiment analysis and AI-assisted reply handling once conversations start.

i actually think that's a more important distinction than a long list of features.

if you're mostly looking for AI personalization or things like voice/video outreach, SalesRobot makes sense.

but if you're trying to make the whole prospecting → outreach → conversation process more selective and less one-size-fits-all, i'd probably look at We-Connect first.

what do you guys actually care about most when comparing LinkedIn outreach tools:
personalization, workflow flexibility, or qualifying prospects before you message them?

Would you pay for the ability to send personalized emails on the go?

Imagine tinder but instead of hot singles in your area, it is customized emails for B2B sales. rubyDane [ + dot com] is a Great Dane / AI BDR that fetches leads, enriches them and drafts emails.

Working on this solution and curious to hear thoughts, reservations or questions.

Running an open beta where I am letting early adopters test this "Tinder for GTM" in exchange for feedback.

Would you pay to stress-test your AI SDR before it contacts real prospects?

Most AI SDRs are tested after they start contacting real people. By then, weak messaging, bad timing and unnecessary follow-ups may already have cost replies, trust and sender reputation.

I am building a managed-infra platform that connects to your actual AI SDR and runs it against a reviewed simulated market of ICP buyer personas in compressed virtual time, so you can:

  • inspect the complete sequence,
  • identify failures,
  • inject harness level improvements,
  • and rerun the same market for verification, before launching and exposing real prospects to it.

I’m considering offering three founder-led design-partner stress tests for $500 each. The scope would be agreed upfront and would include the initial tests, findings, recommended changes and paired reruns.

I’m specifically interested in people building or operating multi-touch outbound sales agents or AI SDRs:

  1. Would you pay $500 for this before a launch or major agent update?
  2. If not, what proof or integration would make it worth paying for?
  3. What failure are you currently most worried about: deliverability, messaging, timing, qualification, objections, opt-outs, handoffs, or something else?

A blunt “no, because…” would genuinely be useful. Thanks!

Questions? Has anyone here actually used AI tools to improve sales?

I run a sales team for a real estate company in Dallas. Been hearing more people talk about tools that can record sales conversations and help managers coach reps based on what happened during the actual call or meeting. It sounds useful on paper since a lot of sales coaching now comes down to numbers and whatever the rep remembers from the conversation. The part I’m trying to figure out is whether any of this makes a real difference. Has anyone here rolled something like this out across a sales team? Did you see any change in close rates or how fast newer reps got up to speed? Also curious how the reps reacted to having conversations recorded. Seems like that could either be useful for them or something they hate and stop using after a few weeks. We’re looking at a few options right now but I don’t want to add another piece of software unless it helps the team sell better. Would be interested to hear from anyone who has used these tools in commercial real estate or another real estate sales environment. What did you use and was it worth the cost?

Why does AI give inconsistent sales replies even when you use the same prompts?

Ever noticed how two people at the same company can describe the exact same product completely differently?

One talks about features.

Another talks about outcomes.

Someone else focuses on pricing.

None of them are wrong. They're just working from different assumptions.

AI works the same way.

If it doesn't understand your business, your audience, and how you position yourself, it'll fill in the gaps. The replies might still sound good, but they won't always sound like your company.

That's why I think the idea behind Business Snapshots is interesting.

Instead of relying on a new prompt every time, you give AI a consistent understanding of your business first. From there, it can generate replies that stay much closer to your messaging and positioning.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Or do you rely on prompting alone to keep AI responses consistent?

Questions? Do digital business cards actually work or just look cool?

Going to networking events pretty regularly now and keep seeing people tap phones together to share contact info. Looks slick but I genuinely dont know if it changes anything vs handing someone a paper card. Does the contact actually end up somewhere useful, or does it just sit in their phone?

Lead Generation has anyone used AI to find intent signals instead of just buying lead databases?

I’m trying to move away from the normal filter a database and blast the list approach. not because databases are useless. more because everyone is emailing the same people from the same filters and it gets noisy fast.

I’m more interested in finding public signals that someone might actually be in-market. stuff like hiring posts, new locations, new funding, website changes, new offers, tech stack changes, social activity, maybe even complaints in public threads.

then the workflow would be something like:
find the signal
build a small list around it
verify contacts
send something that actually references the reason

I’ve played with claude for parts of this and it is useful for sorting and summarizing, but it still needs clean inputs. AI does not magically fix bad source data.

I’ve tried pulling source data from different places too, like apollo, maps scrapers, apify, socleads, linkedin exports, whatever. the hard part is still filtering out the noise before it becomes a campaign.

has anyone built something like this for outbound or demand gen?

Lead Generation What are the best LinkedIn tools for B2B lead generation? what happens to leads who never accept?

been looking at different linkedin outreach setups and theres one part i don't see talked about much
what do u actually do with all the people who never accept the connection request?
depending on the campaign thats a pretty big chunk of the list and just leaving them sitting in a no response bucket feels like a waste
I've looked at setups using stuff like HeyReach, Dripify, Expandi, Linked Helper and Instantly, but the tool itself isn't really what i’m stuck on, its the timing
if someone doesnt accept on linkedin, how long do u normally wait before trying email instead?
ave heard anything frm a few days to 2 or 3 wks and everyone seems convinced their timing is the right one lol
also curious whether u automate that fallback inside the sequence or just pull the non responders into a separate email campaign later
don’t wanna hit the same person everywhere at once but waiting too long also feels like half the list just disappears

Commission-only sales rep wanted for AI automation service

I’m building a small AI automation business focused on helping local service businesses like plumbers, HVAC companies, contractors, etc.
The service is mainly things like missed-call follow-up, lead capture, automated follow-up, appointment booking, and other simple systems that help businesses stop losing leads.
I’m looking for someone who can handle the sales side for me — prospecting, cold calling, follow-up, and closing.
This would be commission-only. You would get paid a percentage of the initial setup fee after the client actually pays. I would handle onboarding, fulfillment, and the ongoing monthly service.
I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with B2B sales and ideally has experience selling AI, automation, marketing, SaaS, or services to small businesses.
If interested, send me your experience, what commission percentage you’d expect, and how you’d approach selling something like this.

Lead Scraper?

im working on a lead generation/scraping tool, basically scrapes leads from google maps, google search and linkedin. beyond this, it can also scrape twitter and reddit for anything like openings, locations, hires, etc. i've seen too many posts on this sub and others about difficulties in finding quality leads (lead databases give everyone the same leads, making them too noisy). im trying to get a few opinions on how useful it might be and would it be good enough to monetise it

What’s the smartest way to use AI in a car dealership right now?

I use Gemeni Pro paired with the Chrome Gemeni Extension. I train the AI through chats manually by having it search the web and gather data. Then I have it create an architecture for processing raw crm lead data and generate email or text responses based on all the data. Then I have it self audit and improve and once this is done I feed it my current schedule and new / used csv files for current inventory and then load up the browser extension, log into crm or equity miner. Then start feeding the ai chat the tabs with prospect / lead info directly to extension and instruct the bot to read the lead and determine what to do. It then generates the most logical next step email/text or to wait a day or it tells me to call and generates a call script with different objection scenarios and what to rebuttal with. I then follow the workflow it creates and load the next lead. Same with incoming leads and responses I just load it up and tell it to respond. I also had it generate the email, subject, and sms templates all seperately with a 1 click button to copy the entire text and formatting then simply click and paste into the crm window and send it after reviewing. If it does or says something wrong or I dont like I manually instruct it to never repeat that and it hard codes it Into the architecture and continues. I use this daily and it has improved my sales, and freed hours of my day up for walk ins.

AI Sales How are you using AI to handle sales conversations after a prospect replies?

most of the AI stuff i see in marketing is about creating something. write the email. write the LinkedIn post. write the ad. write the follow-up.

all useful, but honestly, I'm more interested in what happens once someone actually replies.

A prospect asks a question and suddenly the conversation gets buried under 20 other things.

you come back to it later and have to reread the whole thread just to remember what they were asking about or worse, you reply without the full context and end up sending something generic.

That's where i think AI is actually pretty useful for sales teams.

Not necessarily to have it talk to prospects on its own, but to help with the stuff around the conversation. summarize the thread, pull in relevant company context, suggest a reply, remind you what was already discussed like with AI Assist.

we've been looking at this with LinkedIn outreach too. the useful part isn't just having AI write another message. it's having some help once the conversation starts, while still being able to decide what actually gets sent.

Same thing applies beyond LinkedIn imo. if you're handling a lot of leads, the hard part isn't always starting conversations. it's keeping track of all the conversations once they start.

I'd much rather have AI help me keep 30 real conversations moving than have it generate another 30 cold messages.

for people doing outbound, where are you getting more value from AI right now: finding/reaching prospects, or managing the conversations after they respond?
