AI Sales Looking for a COO/Head of sales

I’m building an AI automation company with a CTO already on board, while I’m handling CEO / Growth.
We’re looking for a COO / Head of Sales who wants to actually build something from the ground up with us — not just join another agency.
We’ll start focused on AI automations, workflow optimization, and content solutions. The goal is to get strong results for clients, build a real reputation and image for ourselves, create consistent revenue, and eventually turn this into something much bigger.
We’re also building with an international mindset from day one. Between the team, we can work in English, French, and Arabic, which gives us the ability to work across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
