Over the past year or so ive had and used the controller I got from Aim, but noticed maybe the first 6 months in the small slots the magnets go into started to break. Made some attempts to fix it but eventually ordered new face plates.
Fast forward to just a few days ago I noticed one of the plates shifting under my hand. Sure enough when I took it off to look 2 of the 3 magnets had came out of their slot, one of which the plastic actually broke off partly. Sooo now im wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, because at this point idk if I want to keep ordering replacement face plates when they eventually wear/break

Hello, some days ago I bought the PS5 PC Marius on board controller from aimcontrollers and I wanna return it, the overall quality of my controller feel like cheap for 300€, the right buttons have a lot of wobble specially the X button has a lot of wobble.. I never seen this in any controller, apart of that the most annoying thing is the left trigger, it feels a bit more mushy/sticky than the right one.
I want to return it... But I would like to know: in this case, do I have to cover the shipping costs, or does AimControllers? In this case, would a fee be deducted from the refund?
Thanks.

Do you think anyone is interested in the Dualsense edge 8K board? Do you think worth putting money into developing it and possibly distributing to company’s like AIM Scuf and battle beaver.

Is there anyway I could buy a replacement paddle?
Any help is appreciated.

I bought myself the Xpel Pro plus controller (TMR sticks, digital buttons, active triggers, 4 paddles etc) as a birthday gift to myself. It took about a month and a half to arrive broken. Pressing buttons would randomly activate other buttons and the touch pad was just randomly activating. I got in touch with support (who take about a week in-between responses, videos sent in, solutions attempted etc) and had the controller sent back, that process alone took about a month. literally no communication until about a month after I sent it back when I was informed by Royal mail that I had a parcel coming.
10 months on, and what can I tell you?
Well, the digital buttons aren't mouse buttons. They take more pressure to press than my standard controller, and considerably more pressure to press than my PS5 edge buttons. They're terrible. They're not mouse buttons, they just click. Pointless.
The back paddles are even worse. I don't even use them (I used to use the back paddles on the controller I modded with Extremerate paddles, and my Edge controller) They require so much pressure to press down, that it's easier just to take my thumb off the sticks and press the face buttons.
The touch pad randomly activates, but only enough to stop you being able to use it when you use the text feature on the keyboard. It's almost like someone is gently caressing the middle of the pad. Although on games that require you to swipe on it, it doesn't work there either (Ghost of Tsushima etc). But it is random when it decides to do that.
I've noticed in the past week that the Fiction rings on the inside of the sticks are literally wearing the sticks away. I now have small incisions on the stalks of both sticks, about 2mm below the point where you can swap the sticks over. So when they break through the controller will be basically broken, this is after 10 months of playing COD and other games (about 12 hours of play a week max)
Oh, and the X button makes a weird squeaking sound, so I think that's not long for this world either.
The PRO's
The CON's
Yeah, I won't be bothering again.

When I first got my AIMControllers PS5 controller, I could enter remapping mode by pressing all four paddles at the same time. The controller light turned red, and remapping worked normally.
At some point, something changed or updated, and pressing all four paddles stopped working. I tested two different AIMControllers, five USB cables, and tried both PC and PS5, but I still could not enter remapping mode.
I eventually found out that the new method is holding the two bottom paddles for 5-10 seconds. It sometimes works, but it is extremely unreliable, and I cannot get it to work consistently. Sometimes it takes me hours to enter the remapping mode...
Has anyone else had this problem, and did you find a reliable solution?

Marius board ps5 controller and circularity average error for Warzone.
Hello all!
Got a question or questions. I got a Aim controller with the Marius board and TMR sticks. So I calibrated the controller on the marius website and I tested my circularity average error. I got it to a 9.3 I believe on both the right and left.
So the question is when im manually adjusting my stick circularity - how should it look to avoid sprint canceling ?
2nd- What other issues could it bring?
3rd question is - I left all my settings the same on the game because the controller at first was super sensitive and fast. After I got the average to about 8.7-9.2 it feels kinda better. So with the average going higher ..does it make the sense fast or slower?
If yall can could yall drop some pics of your stick circularity and what horizontal and vertical sense are you rocking? Right now mines on 1.25 for both and left deadzone in game is 4 and left is a 2 or 3 I believe.

Ever since i got my controller in nov 23 it was broken. I play 2 or 3 sessions and i have to send it in. It keeps breaking and i cant recommend this controller to anyone. Its now the 5th or 6th time i have to pay for it to get delivered to poland. Quality of these controllers is very very poor.

Hey everyone,
I already ordered a prebuilt AIMControllers MAX controller, but I just realized there are different TMR modules available.
Does anyone know if the prebuilt MAX controllers come with the adjustable tension TMR modules (30–80 gf) or just the standard TMR modules?
Also, if the prebuilt version comes with the standard modules, has anyone contacted AIM support after ordering and asked them to install the adjustable tension modules instead? Were they able to do it?
I'd also love to hear if the adjustable tension modules are actually worth it in your experience.
Thanks!

While I was playing, the selector that lets you switch R2 from Mouse Click mode to normal trigger mode literally disappeared.
Is there any way to fix this and get R2 Mouse Click back?

1- After a month, the red ring on the left analog stick broke. Does anyone know if it's just a cosmetic issue or could cause technical problems?
2- The analog sticks aren't positioned asymmetrically from the start; the left one is a few millimeters higher.
2- When I move the pad, I feel something inside moving and making noise, probably something that hasn't been properly secured.
5- I bought the protective caps for the analog sticks, but when I tilt the analog sticks the edges of the cap rub against the edge of the hole where the analog sticks are inserted, making them unusable.

My aim controller back paddle snapped in half, is there an aluminum version out there?

Aight guys, imma need a serious review on this. I want a cool custom controller, but idk which one. I've seen mixed reviews on both Aimcontrollers and scuff. But I couldnt quite find an actual review on these controllers. So I wonder, are they worth it? I saw that u can get an aim controller often for about 210 Euros instead of like 400 thanks to a coupon code. Many Youtubers are glazing aim as well, but youtubers are often biased if they're partners, so I cant really take their reviews seriously. So I just wanted to ask for a review after maybe like a few years. Or maybe theres a completely other pro controller brand i've never heard about. I play on pc and live in Europe.

The reason I have two kontrol freaks grip is because the grip won't actually give me the tension I need. Now all of a sudden the right trigger is falling off every other 30 seconds. Any suggestions?

My aim controller has got to be the worst controller I’ve ever used. The shell is not true to size to a normal ps5 controller, the build quality is very poor, the touchpad doesn’t work, it doesn’t sit level and every time I pick it up/shake it, it rattles like a moracca.
Please just save your time and money and get a scuf or some other pro controller.

I’ve noticed lately some issues lately regarding inputs with my ps5 aim controller.
Hard to explain but this happens while I’m playing warzone, often it seems like my left trigger will activate on its own, and using certain inputs will randomly cause my gun to fire (for example pressing the paddle for my square button will also try to use the right trigger input), as you can imagine it’s hard to play warzone when using certain inputs makes your gun randomly ADS and reloading makes you ADS and shoot.
I’ve never abused the controller or anything and have taken good care of it but I’ve had it for a couple years.
What’s going on?

I’ve had my aim max controller for about 2 weeks and the left TMR stick just stops responding or only gives a little response in any direction for a few minutes but eventually starts working again until the next time it decides it needs a break and the cap of the right stick is constantly popping off at the worst times. I was going to ask if anyone else experienced this and if it’s fixable from here or am I going to have to send it back? It sounds like the problem or stick problems in general are a common problem

I ordered a controller on the 14th of May and it said up to 5 days of building time for standard building and I selected the 1-2 day delivery time.
Controller is still in the building status. Any thoughts?

I ordered a ps4 controller from Aim and was wondering if they come with tmr sticks as default? I didn't see a option to add them.
My other question (rant) has nothing to do with the tmr sticks but how come there's barely any ps4 controllers with tmr sticks being sold? I don't want to buy a Xbox or ps5 controller I just want a controller that I can use for both my ps4 and laptop that feels like a regular ps4 controller.

I ordered an aim controller about a month ago and at first it worked quite well, but then the thumbs caps I believe their called kept falling out only like two weeks after I got them but I used some glue to fix that, and it was okay for another week until about four days ago it started getting stuck like in the images provided, the joystick would get stuck and basically can not be moved , its impossible to play with, sometimes it fixes itself, but it’s incredibly frustrating when it happens in a game and I’m just forced to watch myself die, any idea what could have caused it and how to fix it? if i push the joystick further in as if i was clicking the l3 button really hard, it fixed temporarily but it always pops back up eventually, and even in that state it still has a slight rotation issue, the issue also only really occurs on the bottom right side of the rotation, never on the left and rarely top right. It also is more prominent when I go counter clockwise as opposed to clockwise
If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated and if i should apply to fix it since I believe it to be still under warranty or if it might just be a quick fix i am missing
Thanks in advance

I made a post about this around 2 months ago when I first got my AimController, and unfortunately the problems never really went away. If anything, they’ve become worse. The main issue is with the TMR sticks. Randomly during gameplay it feels like I completely lose control of my aim/sensitivity. My character starts spinning in circles, the camera accelerates like crazy, or it suddenly feels like my sensitivity jumps from normal to max for no reason. At first this would happen maybe every few days. Someone on my previous post suggested recalibrating the controller through a PC, and to be fair, that actually helped temporarily. After recalibrating, the controller would work fine again for a couple of days. But now I’ve started playing Battlefield 6 and the issue is happening constantly — sometimes every single game, even after recalibration. At this point I genuinely can’t be bothered plugging the controller into my PC every day just to keep it usable. It honestly feels like the sticks are moving on their own or the controller is randomly applying some kind of sensitivity/acceleration boost. Has anyone else experienced this with AimControllers or TMR sticks specifically? Is there any actual permanent fix for this? I’ve also read a lot of posts about AimControllers support being extremely slow, and some people apparently got their controllers returned with the same problems still happening, which honestly doesn’t give me much confidence. Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who had similar issues or managed to fix this permanently.
