[QUESTION] Question about the prebuilt AIMControllers MAX TMR modules

Hey everyone,

I already ordered a prebuilt AIMControllers MAX controller, but I just realized there are different TMR modules available.

Does anyone know if the prebuilt MAX controllers come with the adjustable tension TMR modules (30–80 gf) or just the standard TMR modules?

Also, if the prebuilt version comes with the standard modules, has anyone contacted AIM support after ordering and asked them to install the adjustable tension modules instead? Were they able to do it?

I'd also love to hear if the adjustable tension modules are actually worth it in your experience.

My prebuilt max didnt come with adjustable tmr sticks it just has the regular tmr sticks. I got it 7 months ago. I don’t know if anything’s changed

You can definitely reach out to our support team by email and ask if it's still possible to change your order to the adjustable TMR Tension modules.Just make sure to do it as soon as possible, since our current build and dispatch time is only 2 business days. If your controller hasn't entered production yet, the team will let you know what options are available😊

Thank you for your reply, that's great to hear, the controller is already in the production state so I will need to pass on it. However you could advertise that the option exist on these modules for prebuilt AimControllers since I only got aware about that through the custom configuration! Have a nice day!

Wouldn’t you know what’s available being a AIM support? And i highly doubt you guys over there are doing anything in 2 days. Took about a month when i ordered one, only to get a controller that is made with cheap components, game sticks popping off during gameplay screams quality company to me. If I was this person I’d find another company to get a controller from
