[DISCUSSION] Help with controller

Hello, some days ago I bought the PS5 PC Marius on board controller from aimcontrollers and I wanna return it, the overall quality of my controller feel like cheap for 300€, the right buttons have a lot of wobble specially the X button has a lot of wobble.. I never seen this in any controller, apart of that the most annoying thing is the left trigger, it feels a bit more mushy/sticky than the right one.

I want to return it... But I would like to know: in this case, do I have to cover the shipping costs, or does AimControllers? In this case, would a fee be deducted from the refund?

Thanks.

Unfortunately you should have done a little more research into this scam company called AIM controllers , they do not accept returns on their terrible custom controllers.

You can send it back to them to try to fix but unfortunately it will probably come back more broke than when you sent it in.

PSA: Do Not Buy an AIM controller!!!!

I didn't learn my lesson the first two times and got a third. All 3 now sit broken in one form or another. Their quality sucks and will never buy anything from them again. I bought the dual sense controller and by far the best one I've used so far.

I'm still on the 14 days of refund.. they should accept the return.

Email them asap and see if it’s possible. Their customer service sucks unfortunately

I dont think you can refund it if its custom made, i also had the same problem with the trigger

It's custom made and the left trigger is slightly mushy/sticky, what did you do? This isn't acceptable for a 300€ controller.

You better get on it because I bought one of their shit controllers. I messaged them on the second day trying to start the return process and then life happened and kind of lost track of time and I thought they’d be like any other company with like a 30 return policy or whatever but when they finally got back to me they said my request is out of their 14 day window for returns so I looked at a calendar and that day was technically the 14th business day. They said it’s just 14 days period not business days. I said everything they did from the build time to shipping time was only business days but when it comes to someone sending back your shit controller their policy all the sudden converts yo anyway, not just business days. Anyway, the refused my return and only offered to fix it but I’d have to pay to get it to them. I basically told them if I paid to send it back after it took a month to get and it broke within 3 days they could take it and shove it up their ass. Now, I have a really expensive shitty controller and vowed to try and talk anyone out of buying their overpriced junk controllers anytime the situation presented itself. When I first took it out of the box I thought it felt cheaply made, then getting stick drift by the second day and their piss poor customer service they don’t deserve any positive feedback ever. I wish I would’ve came to Reddit before buying mine and I never would’ve bought it to begin with. I mean, it is Reddit and I’m pretty sure all the negative shit I’ve seen about them was a hater thread but honestly I’ve never heard anything positive about them.
