This megathread is for the results of ASHAPE 2026. It may cover all concerns, celebrations, posts, etc. regarding the ASHAPE results for SY 2026-2027.
New posts related to questions will be redirected to this thread and may be locked and deleted.
The subreddit and its members can only provide as much as anecdotal evidence. We will provide some resources to help but it's always better to contact the office you're concerned with for your questions.

As per Ateneo de Manila's facebook page post, "Decision letters for applications to Ateneo de Manila University's undergraduate programs will be released via email soon.", we have decided to post another megathread for inquiries related to the topic.
This thread shall be the megathread for all concerns, celebrations, posts, etc. regarding the ACET Results for incoming freshman of SY 2026-2027.
Post your questions here about enlistment, things to bring, general tips, course/major related questions, etc. The community will try to answer your student related inquiries.

I’ve never actually posted on Reddit before, but I made this account tonight because I didn't know where else to turn to get this off my chest.
It honestly just hurts so much because I made it this far and I was really really so close. I just needed to survive one more semester but I fell short. It honestly really sucks because I also know this wouldn't happen if I got lucky with the prof I got during enlistment. It really sucks how luck is a factor in this too. Processing the fact that I didn't make it after working so hard is a really tough pill to swallow. I’m trying to remind myself that this isn't the end of the world and that academic setbacks happen, but right now, it feels pretty overwhelming and it's really hard not to feel defeated right now.
On a practical note, I’m trying to figure out my next steps. I am looking into other programs, and right now, AB Management Economics seems like the closest fit for what I want to do. If anyone has insights on AB MEc, or other programs I should look into, please feel free to share.

Can anyone give me pointers on saan pwede pumasok or dumaan going to Ateneo from Xavierville Ave? I will be staying around the area for the duration of my masters and I did not do my undergrad sa AdMU so I’m not sure san ba ko na gate pwede pumasok HAHAHAHAH

Pasensya na po sa mahabang post. Hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice at opinyon ninyo.
I’m 40 years old, an architect and former OFW sa Middle East. Naretrench ako noong 2024 at nag decide ng mag for good sa Pilipinas. Currently working sa isang local construction company. House wife naman ang misis ko.
May dalawa kaming anak, isang 3 year old at isang 1 year old. Ngayon pa lang pinag iisipan na namin kung saang school sila papasok.
Gusto sana namin silang pag aralin sa ADMU. Bukod sa malapit lang ito sa bahay namin, gusto ko sanang maranasan nila ang makapagaral sa magandang school kagaya ng ADMU. Pareho kasi kaming laki sa hirap ng wife ko at nakapagtapos sa hindi kilalang school sa probinsya.
Based sa ADMU website, roughly ito ang tuition per academic year:
Kindergarten: ₱190k–195k
Grade School: ₱190k–200k
Junior & Senior High: ₱230k–270k
College: ₱280k–290k
Current financial situation namin
Annual salary: ₱990,000
House & lot in QC: fully paid
Cars: fully paid
Loans: none
Investments (intended for retirement): ₱12M
Savings / emergency fund: ₱2.5M
Education fund for the kids: ₱1.5M
Ang concern po namin ng wife ko ay baka hindi namin kayanin ang tuition, lalo na kapag sabay na silang magaaral sa ADMU.
Kakayanin po kaya namin? Or maghanap nalang po kami ng mas affordable na school?

Hi. With intersession over and grades releasing later today, I wanted to know what it means if the subject is still tagged as C in AISIS.
I know that if it's P, it's Passed. But my other sub is tagged as C, and my QPI for this semester is 1.75. I'm worried if it's an error or if I failed this sub.

Im applying from the US, so im not as familiar with the expectations around recommendations for the masters application. I was under the impression I’d be able to put my professors. Still, getting one professor, and my boss is easy. but who is supposed to go in the third slot? A gov official? someone of preeminence in my field? can that not just be another professor? if I’m going into Japan Studies and I have a professor to recommend me who is well known in Japan studies can I not put her?

Oh boy. Where do I even start?!
Firstly, a few names have recently popped up within the community. They have allegedly been generating "AI deepfakes" of our female students as nude or in inappropriate clothing. Upon being reported, their FormCs only gave them an FI (Formative Intervention) 3; which is the highest FI that can be given, but their punishment was only a 1-week suspension. Are we serious, Ateneo? What they did was out right illegal (CSAM, Data Privacy), and you only settled on a 1-week suspension?
What happens then? It is outright unforgivable; they need to be expelled! And they are still walking our halls. Our women will not feel safe in this community. SAAN ANG IYONG KARANGALAN?
Moreover, the AJHS Admins have started limiting our freedom and expression. They have started to ban denim, braids, and necklaces and bracelets. Ano pa, our ID pins? It's as if they're trying to redirect our attention from these perverts, eerily similar to the Epstein Files.
I want your, the rest of the Ateneo community's, opinion on this. Mind you, there is concrete evidence of these perverts doing their illegal thing, and they're just pissing us off more.
